“15+ Countries / 17 Countries” Clarification

Clarifies how supported jurisdictions work, why availability can change, and where to view the current list.

You may see different numbers on FounderSol (for example, 15+, 17, or 20) depending on the page or feature. This is normal, and it happens because FounderSol supports multiple service types, and each one can have a different availability list.

Why the numbers can be different

FounderSol’s availability depends on:

  • Service type (Incorporation vs Banking/EMI vs Marketplace vs Programs)

  • Provider coverage (some jurisdictions are available for formation but not for banking guidance, or vice versa)

  • Compliance requirements (some jurisdictions/providers may pause availability based on policy changes)

  • Operational capacity (we may temporarily limit certain jurisdictions during high demand)

  • Eligibility factors (some options vary based on residency, nationality, or business activity)

Because of that, a section that says “17 countries” might refer to incorporation coverage, while “15+” may refer to overall active coverage at the time that page was updated.

What “15+” means

When we say 15+, we’re indicating that FounderSol supports a growing list of jurisdictions and that the exact list may expand or change over time.

Where to see the current supported list

To view the latest supported jurisdictions:

  • Check the Jurisdictions page (if available on the site), or

  • Use Get Started, select your goal, and you’ll see the currently available options, or

  • Contact support and tell us:

    • your goal (incorporation, banking/EMI, acquisition)

    • your nationality/residency (if relevant)

    • your business activity

We’ll confirm which jurisdictions are currently available and best suited for your case.

Important note

Availability can change due to third-party provider policies and compliance rules. If an option is paused or not available for your profile, we’ll recommend the closest alternatives.
