After Payment

Once your payment is successful:

  • A confirmation email with receipt details is sent automatically.

  • (If applicable or visible in the website), invoices can be accessed through your account dashboard.

Didn’t Receive Your Invoice?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Confirm you used the correct email address.

  3. Contact support with your:

    • Full name

    • Email used for purchase

    • Transaction date

Requesting a Formal Invoice

If you require:

  • Company billing details

  • Tax documentation

  • Customized invoice information
