Subscription Payments

If you purchase a service that includes recurring billing, payments will be processed according to the billing terms associated with that service.

Automatic Renewal

For recurring services:

  • Payments are automatically charged based on the selected billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually).

  • The applicable billing schedule is presented at the time of purchase.

  • Renewal charges are processed using the payment method provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the billing terms before completing the transaction.

Managing Renewals

To avoid future charges:

  • Subscriptions must be canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Cancellation requests should be made through the available account settings (if applicable) or through the support channels listed on the FounderSol website.

If a subscription is not canceled before renewal, the next billing cycle may be processed automatically.

Failed Renewal Payments

If a renewal payment cannot be processed:

  • Service access may be temporarily suspended.

  • Customers may be required to update their payment details to restore service access.
